This lovely two bedroom townhouse is situated in the tranquil complex of Isca Calabretta. It is well furnished and has everything you may need to enjoy your stay.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a large sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can comfortably sleep 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking utensils, including a washing machine for your convenience.

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both of which have a shower.

There is a beautiful private garden, which provides the perfect spot for relaxing in the afternoon sun or dining outside in the comfort of your own home.

Isca Calabretta Complex is located in Isca Marina and is within 2 minutes walk of Isca’s beautiful sandy beach, which offers tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Calabria’s main tourist spots.

Isca Marina village is also only a short walk away, where you will find everything you need from local shops, a cash machine and several cafes. The old village of Isca, with its narrow streets, is only a short drive away and can be seen nestled in the hills behind the complex.

Isca Marina is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding regions, take in the historic mountain top villages that line the Ionian coast, sip a glass of wine or two in the local beach bars in Sant’Andrea or Isca or enjoy an evening out on the town in nearby Soverato, which offers lively bars and restaurants.

We highly recommend that guests hire a car so that they can fully explore everything that the region has to offer.
