This lovely one bed apartment is situated very close to the beach and has lovely sea views from the balcony. It is very tastefully furnished, with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

The bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can comfortably sleep four. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential cooking utensils.

The apartment also has a bathroom with shower, and a washing machine, for your convenience.

The covered balcony has beautiful sea views and provides the perfect opportunity to dine outside or relax in the afternoon sun in the comfort of your own home.

San Rocco II Residence is located in Isca Marina and consists of over 200 apartments within 2 minutes walk of Isca’s beautiful sandy beach, which offers tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Calabria’s main tourist spots.

Isca Marina village is also only a short walk away, where you will find everything you need from local shops, a cash machine and several cafes. The old village of Isca, with it’s narrow streets, is only a short drive away and can be seen nestled in the hills behind the complex.

Isca Marina is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding regions, take in the historic mountain top villages that line the Ionian coast, sip a glass of wine or two in the local beach bars in Sant’Andrea or Isca or enjoy an evening out on the town in nearby Soverato, which offers lively bars and restaurants.

We highly recommend that guests hire a car so that they can fully explore everything that the region has to offer.
