This beautiful two bed apartment is situated on the first floor and has a large balcony with beautiful views of the seas and the mountains. It is furnished to a very high standard with everything you may need for your holiday.

The main bedroom has a large double bed and there are two single beds in the second bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, which can comfortably sleep two guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking utensils and the bathroom is provided with a shower. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

The large private balcony provides the perfect opportunity for relaxing in the afternoon sun or dining outside in the comfort of your own home.

San Rocco II Residence is located in Isca Marina and consists of over 200 apartments within 2 minutes walk of Isca’s beautiful sandy beach, which offers tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of Calabria’s main tourist spots.

Isca Marina village is also only a short walk away, where you will find everything you need from local shops, a cash machine and several cafes. The old village of Isca, with it’s narrow streets, is only a short drive away and can be seen nestled in the hills behind the complex.

Isca Marina is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding regions, take in the historic mountain top villages that line the Ionian coast, sip a glass of wine or two in the local beach bars in Sant’Andrea or Isca or enjoy an evening out on the town in nearby Soverato, which offers lively bars and restaurants.
