Sant’andrea Town House

This beautiful traditional townhouse is set in the picturesque mountain-top village of Sant’Andrea Apostolo dello Ionio, with breathtaking views of the sea, village and surrounding mountains.

The house is stylishly furnished and extremely well kitted out with everything you may need to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The house is set over three floors, with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has a washing machine and the bedroom is provided with large built-in wardrobes.

The living room is positioned on the first floor, and has a large comfortable sofa bed, a TV (with a large selection of DVDs), a bathroom with an ample shower, and two balconies which provide beautiful views of the hills. There is also a selection of books which you are welcome to enjoy while here on holiday.

On the top floor, you’ll find a large kitchen which is provided with everything you may need to whip up a fabulous Mediterranean lunch. The kitchen has a large dining table and two balconies, one with stunning views down to the sea and the other with beautiful views back across the village.

Being nestled on the edge of Sant’Andrea village, this house is the epitome of relaxation and tranquility, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Calabria’s main tourist spots.

The picturesque village of Sant’Andrea will delight you with its charm as you wander through its winding cobbled streets and admire the medieval architecture. The village also has several mini-supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, coffee bars and one of the best pizzerias you’ll find.

For those in search of more entertainment, the bustling seaside town of Soverato is only a 10 minute drive, where you’ll find many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as Soverato’s thriving market every Friday morning.

Sant’Andrea is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding regions, take in the historic mountain top villages that line the Ionian coast, sip a glass of wine or two in the local beach bars in Sant’Andrea or Isca or enjoy an evening out on the town in nearby Soverato.
