San Rocco Residence is a gated complex only a two-minute stroll from the beach. Being the closest complex to the beach in Isca Marina, its apartments are much sought-after during the summer months.

The complex consists of over 200 self-catering apartments, for 4 to 6 guests each. The apartments are decorated and furnished to a high standard, with all necessary fixtures and fittings to ensure you have the perfect holiday. The old village of Isca Superiore, with its narrow cobbled streets, is only a short drive away and can be seen nestled in the hills behind the complex.

Just 150 metres from the complex, you’ll find Isca’s beautiful sandy beach with several lidos where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and enjoy a relaxing lunch with views of the sea. Isca Marina also has miles of unspoilt and uninterrupted sandy beach away from the lidos, if you prefer to bring your own umbrella and soak up the sun away from the crowds.

Isca Marina provides the perfect location to explore many of the surrounding historical towns and villages, while providing a relaxing get-away, far from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

For those in search of more activity, the bustling market town of Soverato is only 10 km away, packed with shops, restaurants, wine bars and a vibrant nightlife. During the summer months, the packed Lungomare with its many bars and restaurants, fair rides and night-time markets is not to missed.
